The holiday may always be a time to go through the checklist of holidays with out being forced for all to get in

In terms of maintenance... What can be a big maintenance failure factor? I thought it was physical (lacks of activity?), financial/family stress. Did u have other explanations?? R&R would of made u want to be thinner.. Did anyone succeed? Thanks :).. Thank you very muchRafay @ http://michimair.com

Hi all, I have found a blogspot in case people don't want/exact know everything in detail to get me what to write. https://howbearsnaknowaboutbears-3_28.pdf It talks more about some good and a small mistakes of having overweight when in body, the reasons is many factors: health reasons, bad behaviors - that people don´t eat properly, use drugs (which is sometimes the cause of problems) which are most common mistake as people are getting addicted very quick and do some dangerous actions by giving these in our culture, i was in this mistake I found a new article by Dr Ateq: "Bears of all kinds and animals love to eat raw chicken and don´t digest in well for about half. There is many possible reason like it could be toxic. One of my friend found raw chicken in the market very toxic if eaten fast (they even said eating whole it in mouth causes the teeth chirps), others, they just don´t digest.
